Visual Communication Designer

**About the Role:** We are looking for a Visual Communication Designer who can transform ideas into engaging visual content across digital platforms. This role focuses on graphic design, video editing, motion visuals, and website design support, working closely with the marketing team to deliver consistent and high-quality creative outputs. **Key Responsibilities:** **Visual Design & Art Direction** - Translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual assets - Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creatives - Support art direction for campaigns and digital content - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative requirements **Graphic Design:** - Design creatives for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns - Create layouts, illustrations, and visual assets for digital and print - Ensure strong typography, color usage, and visual hierarchy - Adapt designs across multiple platforms and formats **Video Editing & Motion Graphics** **Edit videos for:** - Long-form content (YouTube, campaigns) - Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) - Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects - Handle end-to-end video production from raw footage to final output - Optimize content for different platforms **Tools & Technologies** - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Premiere Pro - Adobe After Effects - Figma - AI tools like MidJourney and similar platforms **Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related field - 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing - Experience in website design (UI design, landing pages, and web layouts) - Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar for web and UI design - Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and web design work - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition **Skills & Competencies** - Strong visual storytelling ability - Creativity with attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Good communication and collaboration skills - Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly **Nice to Have** - Experience in motion design and animation - Basic understanding of UI/UX best practices - Familiarity with social media trends - Basic photography or videography skills
