Senior Fullstack Engineer

### Our offer for you As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (f/d/m), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience of our AI-driven legal solutions. Our B2B solutions are aimed at professionals, who work in law research and legal advising. You will work closely with our design, engineering, and product teams to  develop user-facing features across the entire stack, including frontend, backend and automated testing. YOUR TEAM You will join our Tech Team of around 32 people, including UI Engineers, UI Designer, AI Engineers as well as Fullstack, Backend and DevOps Engineers. BENEFITS - Flexible working hours - 26 vacation days + December 24th & 31st off - +1additionalvacation day per year ofemployment(up to 30 days) - 100% remote work within the EU - Offices in Berlin, Fribourg (CH), Munich, Paris & Zagreb - €1,000 home office setup budget (paid with your first salary) - Laptop (Lenovo or Mac) - Urban Sports Club & other employee discounts (depending on location) - Unlimited contract - Company‑standard benefits package ### Your responsibilities - Design, develop, andmaintainfeatures across our front-end and back-end systems - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into well-architected, reliable software - Write clean, tested, and well-documented code with a focus on maintainability and long-term quality - Participate in code reviews - Contribute to architectural decisions, helping evaluate trade-offs and choose the right tools for the job - Identifyand resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt across the stack. - Help improve engineering processes, tooling, anddevelopmentworkflows. ### Our Tech Stack - Frontend: React, TypeScript, Node.js & Office.js, Vitest - Backend: Rust/ Axum, Python/ FastAPI ### About you - **Language:** Fluent English - **Experience:** 3+ years of professional software development experience building and shipping web applications. - **Front-End:** Proficiencyin modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar). Knowledge of accessibility best practicesarea plus. - **Back-End:** Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks as well as an understanding of RESTful API design. We use Rust,TypeScriptand Python for our backends, so you should be familiar with at least one of these languages in a back-end context. - **Databases:** Working knowledge of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions,e.g.Redis. - **Infrastructure:** Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). - **Fundamentals:** Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, system design principles, and software engineering best practices. - **Communication:** Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. NICE TO HAVE - Knowledge of common protocols used when interfacing with AI agents, such as MCP - Experience with microservices architecture - Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry). - Contributions to open-source projects. - Experience with agile methodologies - Experience with implementing encrypted data storage solutions
