Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

We’re seeking an excellent engineer with genuine AI curiosity who thrives at the intersection of customer discovery and technical delivery. You’ll work directly with customers to understand real problems, rapidly prototype solutions, build software and guide technical teams through our full development lifecycle. This role combines strong engineering fundamentals with customer-facing leadership, offering a clear development path to AI expertise through internal mentoring. You’ll represent Brightbeam professionally whilst building the skills to become our next generation of AI technical leaders.
