Principal Solutions Director

We’re seeking an exceptional leader who can manage multiple concurrent client engagements whilst ensuring profitable delivery and transformative client outcomes. You’ll be the critical bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing 3-4 projects simultaneously whilst maintaining the strategic thread that turns technical progress into visceral client value. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll act as day-to-day manager for delivery teams, draft statements of work, and ensure clients experience tangible progress rather than abstract technical updates. You’ll need to challenge assumptions diplomatically, translate complex technical concepts for business audiences, and maintain technical credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.
