### **About us**
The Agile Monkeys is a software boutique and a startup studio.
We offer AI software consulting services and we build products related to AI and search such as [AIFindr.ai](http://AIFindr.ai).
### **Why should you join us?**
At Agile Monkeys, we’re not just building software - we’re shaping the future.
- Future-proof your career by working at the cutting edge of AI and emerging tech.
- Grow without limits in a team that thrives on curiosity, learning, and pushing boundaries.
- Thrive in a culture people stay for, we have a high retention rate because people love working here.

- A safe place to stretch, we encourage bold thinking, learning from mistakes, and stepping outside the box.
- We are bootstrapped over 14 years out of the Canary Islands, no dependency on investors.
Join an elite, collaborative team where excellence is the standard and every contribution matters.
**The Role**
You’ll join a pioneering AI project for one of our key U.S. clients, working in a consulting setup with daily collaboration in English.
You’ll act as the bridge between the client’s product team and our internal designers and developers — aligning scope, priorities, and deliverables.
The focus is a **desktop application**, where you’ll lead **end-to-end UX/UI design** — from framing user problems and mapping flows to prototyping with AI-assisted tools such as v0, Cursor, or Figma Make.
You’ll need to be comfortable learning technical processes and development nomenclature to propose and implement design improvements in complex user journeys.
Expect frequent client touchpoints, fast decision cycles, and clear written communication — all grounded in product understanding and business impact.
**What you will be doing**
- Designing and enhancing a **desktop application** for a U.S. client, creating intuitive, efficient, and visually consistent user experiences.
- Leading the full design process — from research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to turn user needs into practical, accessible solutions.
- Building and maintaining a **design system** to ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across the product.
- Using **Figma (or similar tools)**, interaction design principles, and cross-platform desktop UX best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes.
**Benefits**
- **Work hard, play hard** - An additional day off work for your birthday and every month without a bank holiday
- **Outcome over hours** - We offer maximum flexibility of where you work and when you work
- **Remote first**- work from anywhere in the world as long as it’s within tax regulations
- **Wellbeing Support**- we support your physical and mental health
- **Language lessons**- it’s never too late to start
- **Mentorship program**- to support your development and career growth
- **Gym Discount**- stay fit, stay healthy
