UX Researcher

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic UX Researcher to join our team. You will own our research practice, designing and executing studies that uncover deep user insights and de-risk our product roadmap. You’ll be the champion for our users, ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision we make. What you'll bring: Proven experience planning and executing end-to-end UX research projects using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys). A strong ability to synthesise complex research data into clear, actionable insights and compelling stories that drive action. Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams like product, design, and engineering. A strategic mindset with the ability to connect research findings directly to business goals and product strategy. A deep sense of empathy and curiosity for understanding user behaviours and motivations. Preferred but not required experience in: A passion & love for Whering!
