To learn more, take a look at Braven’s [Jobs Report.](https://impactreport.braven.org/) #### About the Role In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring part-time Substitute Leadership Coaches (LCs) to facilitate Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs  (Braven’s accredited course) when there are LC absences. A Substitute LC will lead a two-hour virtual class for a cohort of 5-8 Fellows (college students) using an established curriculum. In this role, you will gain experience in teaching and facilitation while positively impacting the lives of hundreds of college students. Training will be provided. This role is on the Volunteer Team within the External Affairs team and reports directly to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations. #### What You'll Do - Facilitate virtual Accelerator Learning Labs as a substitute for absent LCs - Prepare to facilitate Braven content by meeting with the Braven team and practicing independently - Attend all LC trainings (~6 total training hours) to be equipped with the knowledge and skills to facilitate Learning Labs and work with Fellows effectively - Other duties as assigned
