In this role, you’ll drive the test automation strategy, design robust test suites, and ensure the quality and reliability of our products across multiple services and platforms. #### Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity… **Core QA Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend services - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results. - Perform code reviews, mentor junior QA engineers, and promote best practices for test automation - Investigate and report bugs and issues with detailed reproduction steps and logs - Ensure test data, environments, and tools are properly maintained and aligned with team needs - Proactively contribute to our quality culture and participate in improving testing processes **AI & Modern QA Responsibilities** - Utilize AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate QA processes - Apply AI-assisted test generation, debugging, and defect analysis techniques - Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA solutions for automation optimization - Use tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platforms effectively in daily workflows - Collaborate with engineering teams on AI-assisted SDLC initiatives #### **What It Takes to Make an Impact Here…** - 6+ years of professional experience in QA automation - Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python. - Experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress or Playwright - Solid experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Insomnia - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) - Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA methodologies - Knowledge of version control tools like Git - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments **Desirable (but not required):** - Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS - ISTQB or other relevant certifications - Experience in contract testing or TDD/BDD #### **Our Engineering Culture**… - Ownership over hand-offs Teams own outcomes, not just tasks. - Quality with speed We move quickly without treating engineering quality as optional. - Pragmatism over perfection We make deliberate trade-offs based on business and technical context. - Transparency Risks, mistakes, and disagreements should surface early. - Continuous improvement Our architecture, processes, and ways of working should get better as we scale. - Collaboration Great products come from Engineering, Product, Design, Security, Data, and business teams working together. #### The Perks of Being Here… - **Global, remote, and thriving:** We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries.
