We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us grow the next generation of our product and expand our footprint in the industry. ## Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and launching financial products, a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex financial problems. ### Key Responsibilities - **Product Strategy and Vision:** - Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals. - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. - **Product Development:** - Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products. - Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, define product features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders. - **Customer Focus:** - Advocate for the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-centric designs and ensure a seamless user experience. - Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product. - **Performance Measurement:** - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. - Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features. - **Innovation and Improvement:** - Stay up-to-date with the latest Fintech trends, industry regulations, compliance requirements, emerging fraud solution technologies, and best practices. - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the product and processes. ### What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
