### About The Role
**Senior Change Manager**
**Location: UK-Flexible (Hybrid)**
**Salary: £51,283 to £54,103 per annum (plus ILW, if residing & working in London) (DOE)**
**Hours: 35 per week**
**Contract: Permanent**

_Do you excel at bringing people together, simplifying complexity, and turning bold ideas into lasting improvements?_ As a **Senior Change Manager**, you will guide transformational projects that make a real difference to how our charity works and the impact we deliver. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation to shape change plans, build engagement, and ensure colleagues feel supported and ready for what lies ahead. You’ll use strong communication, practical problem‑solving, and a people‑centred approach to help embed new processes, systems, and ways of working. Working in a fast‑moving environment, you’ll lead the design and delivery of change activities, anticipate challenges, and keep everyone aligned on progress. This role offers the chance to influence strategy, champion continuous improvement, and ensure change lands in a positive and sustainable way. You’ll also play a key role in building capability across the organisation - helping colleagues develop the skills, confidence, and tools they need to lead and sustain change.
**What will a day in the life of a Senior Change Manager involve?**
- Leading change planning and delivery that supports projects from early discovery through to implementation.
- Creating clear, engaging communications that help colleagues understand and welcome new ways of working.
- Working with teams across the charity to build strong relationships and ensure change is shaped with people in mind.
- Spotting risks and challenges early and finding simple, practical solutions to keep change on track.
- Supporting leaders and managers so they feel confident guiding their teams through periods of change.
- Gathering feedback and using insights to improve how change is introduced and sustained.
- Building organisational change capability by developing tools, guidance, and learning opportunities that empower colleagues to lead change effectively.
**To be a successful Senior Change Manager, what will you need?**
- Proven experience leading significant organisational change in a complex environment.
- Strong skills in planning, delivering, and embedding change using recognised methodologies.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate clearly with people at all levels.
- Confidence in analysing information, identifying challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops, presentations, and engagement activities that bring people together.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach with a commitment to inclusive and people‑centred change.
- Experience in capability building, including supporting knowledge‑sharing networks, delivering learning materials, and enabling others to build change skills.
