Accountabilities
Support country teams in identifying and assessing high-potential program expansion opportunities aligned with labor-market demand and strategic priorities.
Partner with regional program and business development leaders to conduct market assessments and identify opportunities, particularly in sectors where there is currently limited presence.
Evaluate employer demand, learner demand, sustainability, feasibility, implementation requirements, and potential impact of new programs.
Review implementation workplans and readiness assessments for priority opportunities, with an initial focus on Colombia.
Support the identification and development of approximately 4–5 high-potential programs for potential launch in 2027.
Facilitate cross-country learning and the sharing of best practices to support portfolio diversification and stronger program delivery.
Monitor country performance across breadth, depth, and durability indicators, identifying trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in quarterly regional performance reviews covering impact outcomes, operational performance, data quality, and improvement priorities.
Support country CEOs and leadership teams in developing, implementing, and tracking action plans to improve delivery quality and learner outcomes.
Promote consistent performance management, reporting, data-quality, and impact-measurement practices across regional affiliates.
Monitor data quality and completion, support remediation efforts, and track progress toward regional demographic and employment targets.
Analyze and synthesize regional performance information and prepare executive summaries, recommendations, and progress updates for senior leadership.
Share lessons learned and operational insights across the region to strengthen continuous improvement.
Requirements
Lead- or Manager-level professional with strong project management and stakeholder management experience.
Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and drive initiatives across cross-functional and multicultural teams without direct authority.
Experience using data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
Strong understanding of program implementation, impact measurement, performance management, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across multiple countries.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
Ability to operate effectively in a regional, matrixed, and collaborative environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Mission-driven mindset, collaborative approach, and strong commitment to creating measurable social impact.
Fluent English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a plus.
Availability for a six-month part-time secondment requiring approximately 20% time allocation, equivalent to one day per week.
Experience in international, regional, nonprofit, education, workforce development, or impact-oriented environments would be advantageous.
