Our team takes a consultative approach: it collaborates closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Committed to identifying and hiring the best talent on the market, we ensure that everyone who takes part in the Airbnb recruitment process feels valued and supported. **A typical day:** - Manage and drive the full-cycle recruiting process, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers, for candidates at all levels, from entry to intermediate, within our Global Operations function, largely supporting Community Support delivery. - Build candidate pipelines for multiple open roles across different teams and regions, keeping diversity in mind and the importance of presenting balanced candidate slates. - Foster inclusion by building diverse candidate pools at the top of the recruiting funnel. - Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR Operations, and Finance to develop the hiring strategy and plan. - Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on the process, interviewing best practices, and decision-making. - Provide exceptional candidate experiences. Invent new ways to surprise and delight candidates throughout our interview process. - Accurately log candidate data and use systems correctly to enable business reporting. - Find the brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb by leveraging innovative and creative ways to identify and engage them. - Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak about Airbnb and our mission with passion and authenticity. **Your expertise:** - A minimum of 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required. Experience supporting a global operations function, including customer service roles, is an asset. - Experience working in a high-paced, high-volume recruiting environment, with the ability to manage a large number of fast-moving open roles while maintaining high standards and short closing timelines. - Demonstrated ability to provide a "tailored" and personalized experience to senior leaders, stakeholders, and candidates. - Proven track record of success in sourcing, assessing, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive, quota-driven, or commercial talent markets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. - Strong analytical and influencing skills. - Positive and proactive attitude. Welcomes feedback and constantly seeks to improve and grow. - Comfortable working in a context of high ambiguity and rapid growth. - Excellent organizational and planning skills, and solution-oriented: capable of managing multiple simultaneous searches with tight deadlines. - Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to learn and grow continuously. - High level of initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem), as well as proven experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to design recruiting automations and streamline workflows, are assets. - The ability to communicate in English and French OR Spanish is an asset. **Your location:** Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate must be based in Canada to perform their work.
