QuickBooks Specialist

**Pay:** $90-$170 per hour (USD). **Role Title:** QuickBooks Specialist **Role Type:** Contractor **Location:** Remote **About the Role** micro1 is looking for experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialists to join an AI training project. In this role, you'll use your day-to-day QuickBooks experience to review accounting workflows, validate financial data, and identify inconsistencies to help improve AI systems. **Responsibilities** 1. Work with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop 2. Manage invoicing, bill payments, and bank reconciliations 3. Generate and review P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports 4. Maintain Chart of Accounts, customers, and vendors 5. Identify accounting errors and workflow issues **Requirements** 1. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop 2. Strong bookkeeping or accounting background 3. Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail **Preferred** 1. Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner 2. Experience managing multiple clients or business entities 3. Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices
