About the role: As a Programme Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment and development programmes at scale. Working within Partnership Support, you’ll ensure programmes are executed consistently and effectively, bringing together stakeholders, systems, and insight to create an outstanding participant experience. You'll continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance delivery, and drive operational excellence across our Partnership and Field teams. What you'll be doing: Coordinate the planning and delivery of recruitment and development programmes across virtual and in-person formats Manage end to end programme operations, ensuring a seamless participant experience from onboarding through to completion Administer platforms and systems to facilitate registration, communications, scheduling, and participant tracking Deliver virtual learning and engagement activities using platforms such as Zoom and Cvent Maintain accurate data and reporting, ensuring compliance with data management requirements Coordinate communications with participants, facilitators, suppliers, and key stakeholders Monitor budgets and support supplier and vendor management activities Track, analyse, and report on programme performance, engagement, and participant feedback Identify and implement opportunities to enhance delivery, processes, and participant experience Support the delivery of wider talent, recruitment, and development initiatives, as well as ad hoc projects as required About you: We are seeking someone who is highly organised and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where quality execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. You enjoy bringing structure to complex activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring programmes are delivered to a consistently high standard. You are proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and participant experiences, using data and feedback to inform your approach. Essential Criteria: Experience delivering complex, high-volume programme activity Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Confidence in using data, reporting, and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes Experience using delegate management or CRM systems (e.g. Cvent, Salesforce or similar) Desirable Criteria: Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or development programmes Experience delivering both in-person and virtual programmes Budget tracking and supplier management experience Special Requirements: From time to time, the role may involve travel and some flexibility to support programme delivery.
