Part-Time Remote Database & CRM Specialist (Training Provided)

We're looking for a Database & CRM Specialist to join our team and help keep the information behind our operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with spreadsheets, learning new systems, solving problems, and digging into the details. You'll receive training on our processes and work closely with our Database & IT Director as you grow into the role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and databases

• Identifying duplicate records, formatting issues, and data inconsistencies

• Preparing, reviewing, and validating information for CRM uploads

• Assisting with territory mapping, travel zones, and geographic data organization

• Helping analyze advisor rankings, territory information, and other operational data

• Generating CRM reports and maintaining accurate records

• Tracking projects, deadlines, and assigned tasks

• Maintaining accurate billing-related documentation

• Protecting confidential information and ensuring data integrity

• Learning new systems and supporting additional database projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and organizing data

• Comfort learning new software and navigating multiple applications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage assignments independently while communicating progress and asking questions when needed

• Dependability, professionalism, and good time management

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Docs/Sheets, and Outlook

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience or training; two or more years preferred

Experience with CRM systems, database maintenance, or data analysis is helpful, but you do not need to know our specific systems. We're happy to train the right person!

Position Details

• Fully remote, part-time opportunity

• Starting pay: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience and location

• Training provided

• Reports to the Database & IT Director

• Requires a reliable internet connection, a quiet home workspace, and a compatible Windows computer

As Paragon Planners is not currently able to employ individuals in every state, continued employment following a relocation depends on your new location and cannot be guaranteed.
