Part Time Payroll Officer

We pride ourselves on being unconventional, result-driven, and heart-led. #### About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Payroll Officer to join our team. You will be integral to our mission of removing the administrative burden of payroll and pension management from our customers, who are primarily within the education sector. Your day-to-day will involve: - Managing a portfolio of customers' monthly payroll operations from start to finish. - Ensuring all staff are paid correctly and within specified deadlines. - Updating the payroll system with current pay scales, pension rates, NI rates, and tax thresholds. - Calculating pay adjustments, including holiday pay for leavers and statutory payments (maternity, paternity, etc.). - Ensuring accurate payments and reporting to external stakeholders, including HMRC. - Maintaining strict compliance with GDPR and ISO27001 data protection standards.
