We're hiring an **Organic Growth Specialist** to drive content creation by writing briefs, executing on-site optimizations for SEO, and interviewing subject matter experts. This is a **full-time remote role**, open to candidates in eligible states in the USA only. **Salary range: $55,000–$65,000**, plus comprehensive benefits: generous PTO, wellness support, and professional development budget. This role is a great fit for junior content marketers who want to sharpen their skills across organic channels and use their writing skills alongside AI tools to build great content for B2B companies. #### **Role Overview** As an Organic Growth Specialist, you'll work closely with our strategists and other internal team members to bring content to life. This includes content research and creation, on-site SEO execution, using AI tools to produce high-quality content, and clear communication with teammates and clients. It's ideal for someone with a content or writing background who wants to deepen their marketing expertise and grow into a more strategic role over time. #### **Location, Salary & Benefits** - **Location:** Remote -- USA only -- IL, CO, NC, FL, MI, TX, RI, ID, GA, SC, IN, TN, VA, PA, OH, or MO - **Salary Range:** $55,000–$65,000 USD, depending on experience - **Work Schedule:** Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlapping Central Time - **PTO:** 20 vacation days + 7 personal/sick days + 9 holidays + 1 volunteer day - **Health Benefits:** 100% covered medical, dental, and vision - **Perks:** - $500 one-time home office stipend - Included health/wellness subscription through WellHub - $1,000/year professional development budget - 401k plan with partial match - This role is eligible for annual team bonus structure #### **What You'll Do** - **Develop Content Briefs:** Research keywords, audiences, and topics from the client content strategy, and create clear, strategic content briefs aligned to buyer journeys and client ICPs. - **Integrate AI Tools:** Use AI tools (Claude, AirOps) as a core part of your workflow, from content research to brief drafting and editing to refining outputs for quality and accuracy. - **Execute On-Site Optimization:** Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, and content formatting to enhance site visibility and usability. - **Collaborate with SMEs:** Identify content gaps and conduct interviews with clients' subject matter experts to gather input and elevate content quality. - **Manage Link Building:** Set targets, track backlinks, and support outreach efforts to build client site authority. - **Handle CMS Publishing:** Upload and format content in client CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and polish. - **Support Client Communication:** Join client calls as needed to share updates, ask questions, and discuss content direction, CMS publishing, and product/brand positioning. #### **What You’ll Bring** - 2-3 years of experience in SEO and/or content marketing - Documented experience writing or editing (we mostly build written content) - Intermediate SEO knowledge and understanding of best practices - Hands-on experience using AI tools for content production, editing AI outputs, and improving efficiency - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks - Comfortable engaging with clients in a collaborative, service-first way - Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership - Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn - Experience with B2B, SaaS, and/or technology content #### **Bonus Points For** - Portfolio examples of SEO content and performance outcomes. - Experience writing short-form copy for B2B social media - Experience in a client-facing role at an agency - Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve AI-generated content - Familiarity with Clearscope or other optimization tools - Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools - Familiarity with SEO/analytics tools (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog) - Prior remote work experience #### **What to Expect** Our hiring process is transparent, human, and built to help both sides assess mutual fit.
