Interns will be eligible for course credit. **What You'll be doing:** - Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities. - Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes. - Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases. - Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues. - Identify and escalate operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements. #### Qualifications **What you'll need to bring to the team:** - High school diploma, general education qualification, or equivalent. - With a good understanding and appreciation of operational processes. #### Additional Information **Recruitment Fraud Awareness** - Experian's recruitment process is conducted only through authorised channels.
