Whether it’s creating beautiful digital experiences from scratch or bringing a brand’s identity to life, you’ll have the opportunity to push boundaries and design with purpose. With strong capabilities in both UX/UI and branding, you’ll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into all levels of design work. You’ll collaborate closely with our developers and strategy team to deliver high-quality, visually stunning solutions that drive real results. - Build and design user-centric UX/UI experiences, taking projects from initial concept and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes. - Develop and apply branding capabilities across a wide spread of digital projects, ensuring consistency in brand identity and visual execution. - Work across a diverse range of project types and client sectors, adapting your design approach to meet unique strategic goals. - Present designs and concepts confidently to clients, articulating your creative decisions and methodologies with clarity. - Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure the seamless execution and consistency of your designs. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh, bold, and conceptual ideas to the table. - Translate client requirements and strategic briefs into well-designed, functional user interfaces and digital touchpoints. ###### Your impact: - Elevated visual aesthetics and cohesive user experiences across diverse client platforms. - Positive feedback and increased engagement from clients and their target audiences. - Timely delivery of high-quality digital design projects. - Demonstrated effectiveness in conceptualising and articulating creative solutions. - Seamless collaboration bridging the gap between design, strategy, and development. ###### Your skills: - Proven experience as a Mid-Weight Digital Designer in an agency or fast-paced environment. - Deep understanding and proficiency in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) suite. - Strong capabilities in both UX/UI design and brand development. - A diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to work across a spread of project types, sectors, and client types. - Confident in presenting work and able to articulate creative choices clearly to clients and stakeholders. - Thorough understanding of user-centered design, responsive web design, and digital accessibility standards. - Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -
