Manager, Enterprise Professional Services

The Manager, Enterprise Professional Services is responsible for leading and scaling FloQast’s Enterprise implementation delivery function. This role owns delivery execution for upmarket Enterprise and Strategic customers, ensuring complex, multi-product implementations are delivered predictably, efficiently, and with a high-quality customer experience. The Manager will lead a team of Enterprise-focused implementation consultants, serve as a senior escalation point for complex delivery scenarios, and be accountable for enterprise delivery outcomes, customer experience, and team performance. _This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
