Loan Processor

This position reviews, awards and adjusts federal and private loan applications. Resolves loan reconciliation and discrepancies from both internal and external sources. Responds to loan, mail, phone and in person requests for assistance. Updates, maintains, and creates procedures for our online policies & procedure manual. The position will also evaluate students' eligibility for and award Winterlude institutional financial aid and Federal TEACH Grant awards. This position is anticipated to be filled on a fully remote basis if the identified candidate is not currently located in the Syracuse, NY area (within 50 miles). Not all geographical areas within the United States are eligible.
