Legal Counsel

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented **Middle/Senior Legal Counsel** to join our Legal Team. **Key Responsibilities** • Build corporate legal structure for the projects; • Legal support for the projects; • Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents; • Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations; • Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.); • Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects; • Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions; **To succeed in the role, you will have:** **• Ukrainian Language** **• Fluent English (including legal drafting);** • 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming; • Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus • Fast learner; • A keen eye for detail; • Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues; • Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure. **What you get in return:** • Opportunity to work remotely • Medical Insurance • Special Life Event financial support • Unlimited paid vacation leave and Ukrainian bank holidays • Unlimited paid sick leave in case of necessity • Online Corporate English classes • Corporate team-building events, corporate parties **Sounds like a match?** **Don't hesitate to apply - your next career adventure starts here!**
