This recruitment will be used to fill multiple part-time (a maximum of 20 hours per week) Student Clerical Assistant positions for the KidSpirit Program in the Division of Extension and Engagement at Oregon State University (OSU). KidSpirit’s goal is to provide a quality and safe environment for all campers, parents, and staff. Employees should always be prepared and willing to respond to the unexpected. Administrative / office staff support youth program instructors, camp counselors and overall program operations. they are irresponsible for supporting youth while fostering a safe, and growth‑oriented environment. The position requires strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include lesson planning, safety response, equipment management, program promotion, and effective collaboration with staff, families, and supervisors. This position requires attention to detail, taking on special projects, answering phones, taking cash and credit cards payments, deposits, registrations and other duties as assigned.
