Work situation
### Where will you work?
QBayLogic creates FPGA-ASIC designs for High-Tech applications.
What started as a small group of academic engineers, is starting to grow into a company that aims to bring modern software engineering methods into the world of digital hardware design. We believe that we can modernize hardware design by utilizing proven tools and methodologies from the software industry.
To do so QBayLogic develops and maintains the functional HDL (Hardware Description Language) Clash. Clash is an open source ecosystem that consists of libraries and a compiler that is capable of translating a subset of the functional programming language Haskell to the traditional HDLs: VHDL, Verilog and SystemVerilog.
QBayLogic has an open and informal atmosphere where coworkers often organize activities together such as board game nights. Furthermore, because QBayLogic is a small company, everyone’s voice is heard and you get to experience everything that goes on within the company.
