Job description
At Luscii, we believe that digital care can make healthcare more accessible and give care professionals more room for what really matters. With our technology, patients can measure their health at home, while care teams follow their progress remotely. As an implementation specialist, you help hospitals make this way of providing care a natural part of daily practice. You guide hospitals through the implementation of Luscii and work closely with care professionals to translate existing care processes into well-designed digital care pathways. From the first workshop to going live, you take ownership of the project. You help clients understand what needs to change and how they can realise that in practice. An implementation is only successful for you when the technology is actually being used. You help care teams make Luscii part of their daily work, become familiar with the new way of working, and remove obstacles to use. In this, you work closely with other roles and colleagues at Luscii. At the same time, you contribute to how we approach further adoption within Luscii. You share insights from practice and help develop working methods and tools that your colleagues can also continue with. #### Your role You guide implementation projects from start to finish, with an average lead time of several months per implementation. You work largely remotely and combine project management with workshops, individual conversations and close collaboration with hospital teams. Every hospital has its own processes, priorities and stakeholders. You know how to adapt your approach and working method to these effortlessly. What you will do, among other things - You lead implementation projects from kick-off to going live and monitor progress. - Together with care professionals, you map current and desired care processes and care pathways. - You translate care processes into suitable Luscii programmes, protocols and configurations. - You align the implementation with care professionals, project leaders and other stakeholders. - You help care teams make Luscii part of their daily work. You look beyond going live and investigate what is needed to sustain and/or expand use. - You share insights from practice with colleagues and the product team to improve our programmes and implementation approach. #### Why Luscii? [Read more](https://jobs.luscii.com/life-at-luscii/) about working at Luscii and about [how](https://jobs.luscii.com/how-we-work/) we work at Luscii. Together we work on our mission to create room for care. Freedom, autonomy and ownership are of great importance in this. You are responsible for your own results and work according to the principles of Holacracy. #### Most important benefits - **Salary**: € 4.000 - € 4.650 gross per month (based on 32 hours per week – that is full-time at Luscii). - **Remote work**: Work anywhere in the Netherlands. We stay connected during monthly team days at a location in NL, our _Assemblii_. - **Flexible working**: Set up your workspace the way you find pleasant. What works best for you, we arrange for you. In this role you will also work a lot in and at hospitals and care locations throughout the Netherlands. #### The ideal candidate... ... probably does not exist, but if you recognise yourself in most of the points below, please do apply! We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility and make well-considered decisions independently. You value the freedom to shape your work and responsibilities yourself, while actively seeking collaboration and alignment with others. You know when to step up, when to involve colleagues, and how to act decisively when needed. Working independently does not mean standing alone for you. You contribute to shared goals and at the same time take responsibility for your own area of work and responsibilities. You value open communication, transparency and mutual trust. - You have at least two years of relevant experience, such as guiding implementations or independently leading change processes and/or projects from start to finish. - You have at least a completed bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences, for example in health sciences, a medical field or business administration. - You enjoy delving into care processes and find it interesting to translate these into practical digital ways of working. You want to know all the ins and outs of Luscii. - You know how to bring people along with changes and look beyond just the handover. Experience in healthcare or healthtech will help with this. - You can deal with unexpected challenges, adjust your approach when needed and take responsibility for your decisions. - You are open to working in a holacratic organisation and curious about our way of organising work, roles and responsibilities; - English is the working language for all internal communication at Luscii, so you master this language fluently. Communication with clients is entirely in Dutch, so you also master that language fluently. #### **Interested? Apply now!** Would you like more information first or do you have any questions? Contact our recruiter Björn Bogerd via [bjorn@luscii.com](mailto:bjorn@luscii.com). #### **What the recruitment process looks like.** We plan three interviews for every vacancy. It is an extensive process, but we want to be sure there is a good match in terms of collaboration, the role itself, our culture and our way of working. The first and third interviews of the entire process take place online, and the second conversation will take place physically in Utrecht. The entire process is planned in advance so that we can maintain momentum and pace in the process.
