Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing, Canada Nutanix is seeking a Head of Field Marketing - Canada to lead strategic planning, demand generation, and sales alignment across Canadian direct and channel businesses.Reporting to the Internationals Field Marketing, this role requires 8+ years of field marketing experience, data-driven decision-making, and close collaboration with the Americas Channel Marketing team to drive pipeline. Responsibilities - Drive field marketing strategy to achieve bookings and pipeline goals aligned with sales leadership. - Track key performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaign outcomes and ROI. - Develop and execute commercial vertical marketing plans tailored to regional target audiences. - Act as the primary liaison between corporate marketing, local sales teams, and channel partners. - Manage regional marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI. - Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing campaigns including industry events, executive roundtables, and digital programs. - Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to enable account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts. Requirements - 8+ years of B2B field and channel marketing leadership experience. - Proven success in driving pipeline growth and managing marketing budgets. - Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. - Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce). - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. - Experience working closely with direct sales teams and channel partner ecosystems across Canada. - Strong event management and digital campaign strategy expertise in enterprise technology software. - Must reside in Canada and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking French. --
