GTM Engineering Manager

At FloQast, we’re on a mission to empower accounting and finance teams to work more intelligently, efficiently, and strategically. As part of the GTM Engineering function, you’ll join a high-impact team that builds the technical foundation for our go-to-market operations - automation, workflow optimization, tooling, and analytics. In this role, you’ll use Clay and other AI tools to design, build, and maintain automations that streamline our GTM workflows and drive operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to turn manual, repetitive processes into scalable systems. This is a great opportunity for a technically minded operator who loves tinkering with SaaS tools, connecting data, and turning ideas into automated, measurable workflows. _This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
