Growth & Strategic Initiatives Associate

As the Growth & Strategic Initiatives Associate for FloQast Transform, you will serve as a direct extension of the General Manager across growth work-streams, helping drive go-to-market (GTM) alignment and execution for FloQast’s AI business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, alliances, and product, acting as a liaison between Transform and all GRO functions to ensure synchronization in our zero-to-one journey. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our AI strategy at the top of funnel, supporting both field enablement and partner programs, while also helping create content, campaigns, and frameworks that bring Transform’s story to the market. _This role has a requirement of working in office 5 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
