**Position:** Growth & Partnerships Manager **Type:** Full-time - 32 hours - 4 day working week **Pay:** £40,0000 - £50,000 **Location:** Remote with regular national travel **About WeBuyVintage** WeBuyVintage is the UK’s largest face-to-face buyer of jewellery, antiques and other collectibles. We run more roadshows/valuation days than any other UK company - over 250 events every month, as well as operating a nationwide home visit service. Our business continues to expand its in-person only operation which brings trusted experts face-to-face with the public all around the UK. In under three years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into a profitable £50m+ turnover business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage the number 1 way to safely sell your valuables in the UK. **The Role** Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will be trusted to work autonomously to identify and execute high-impact projects that deliver growth, profit and process optimisation, and cross-business innovation. Working on a project-by-project basis, you will prepare robust business cases for your ideas, plan their execution, and actively deliver these projects up to the point of handover. This role is purpose-built for a commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver - somebody who simply finds a way to "get things done" with minimal bureaucracy or hesitation. **Key Responsibilities** - **Identify, Plan & Execute Growth Initiatives:** Research and develop new business opportunities, including service expansion, strategic partnerships (e.g., auction clients), new product development, and other business innovations. - **End-to-End Project Management:** Oversee key commercial projects from concept through to execution, working closely with the leadership team as part of the Projects team to drive measurable financial and operational results. - **Market & Data Analysis:** Stay ahead of industry trends, shifting customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and build air-tight business cases. - **Business Efficiency & Optimisation:** Identify areas for process or spend improvement, ensuring we can scale each area of our business as profitably and efficiently as possible. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all projects. - **Reporting & Handover:** Establish clear KPIs for all new initiatives, monitor their success, and create structured handover processes for the wider operations team once a project is stabilized. **What We Are Looking For** - **Experience:** Proven track record (typically 3-5+ years) in project management, commercial strategy, operations, or management consulting. - **Commercial Acumen:** A strong understanding of business finance, profitability, and what drives revenue growth in a consumer-facing business. - **Execution-Focused:** A self-starter mentality with a demonstrated ability to take an idea from a blank sheet of paper to a fully operational reality. - **Analytical Mindset:** Comfortable working with data to build business cases, forecast outcomes, and measure project success. - **Communication Skills:** Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from front-line staff to external suppliers and company founders. - **Adaptability:** Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly in a high-growth, fast-changing environment. **What We Offer** - **A 4-Day Working Week:** We believe in working smart and giving you the time to recharge. - **Competitive Compensation:** £40,000-£50,000 per year base salary. - **Impact & Influence:** The unique opportunity to work closely at a senior level with the company founders, directly influencing key business decisions. - **Career Trajectory:** A fast-growing, friendly, and entrepreneurial UK brand with huge room for rapid career progression and personal development. - **Dynamic Workload:** A unique blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on, operational execution.
