**Pay:** $70-$130 per hour (USD). **Job Title:** Godot Game Engine Expert **Job Type:** Contract **Location:** Remote micro1 is looking for experienced Godot Game Engine specialists to support an AI training project. In this role, you will use Godot to complete real-world 2D and 3D game development tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help improve how AI systems understand game development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Create and modify 2D and 3D games using Godot. 2. Develop gameplay mechanics, animations, and UI elements. 3. Work with GDScript, scenes, nodes, and game physics. 4. Troubleshoot game issues and optimize performance. 5. Complete advanced Godot tasks and explain your workflows step by step. 6. Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for game development workflows. **Required Skills and Qualifications** 1. Strong professional hands-on experience using Godot Game Engine. 2. Experience with GDScript or C# programming. 3. Good understanding of 2D/3D game development, scenes, nodes, and animations. 4. Ability to develop, debug, and optimize gameplay systems. 5. Access to Godot and ability to record your screen while completing tasks. 6. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. 7. Ability to explain technical workflows clearly. **Preferred Qualifications** 1. A portfolio of Godot game development projects. 2. A relevant master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field. 3. Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation. 4. Experience with multiplayer games, game physics, or UI/UX development. 5. Professional experience in game development.
