No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. **Scope of Work:** 1. Assess and provide feedback on AI-generated responses within food delivery platforms for quality, relevance, and accuracy. 2. Identify nuances in written and verbal communication to ensure AI outputs align with realistic and effective customer service standards. 3. Review context-specific scenarios, such as order inquiries, delivery status updates, and issue resolution exchanges. 4. Flag incorrect, ambiguous, or inappropriate responses, offering concise suggestions for improvement. 5. Create illustrative example conversations that reflect authentic food delivery customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with project leads and technical teams to clarify requirements and optimize evaluation processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1.
