We are looking to be the one-stop shop for companies that are looking to build world-class teams & place their operations on autopilot.   And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to start immediately!   Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Digital Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This includes monitoring budgets, analyzing performance metrics, testing ad creatives, and preparing ROI reports. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts and content calendars, plan/schedule posts, write captions, develop content strategies, and monitor engagement to grow the audience. Content Creation & Design: Design professional flyers, promotional graphics, and ad creatives using tools like Canva or Capcut. Repurpose content across different social media channels to maintain a consistent brand presence. Required Tools Canva, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms. Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (for campaign management). Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting tools.
