No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. **Key Responsibilities:** • Analyze and interpret complex scientific documents, datasets, and research papers related to chemistry. • Develop, review, and refine high-quality questions and answers that challenge and expand AI understanding. • Apply analytical techniques to assess and extract key insights from provided materials. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor and clarity in content. • Interface with documentation and contribute to continuous process improvement. • Provide feedback and domain expertise on model outputs and system performance. • Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and integrity of all chemistry-related data and input. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a closely related field. • 2+ years of professional experience in academia, laboratory, or industry settings. • Proven ability to read, comprehend, and analyze technical documents and research studies. • Excellent English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated experience in data retrieval, computation, and analytical reasoning. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering high-quality results. • Strong attention to detail and scientific accuracy. **Preferred Qualifications:** • Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in Chemistry or related discipline. • Experience in creating educational or assessment materials. • Familiarity with interdisciplinary collaborations (e.g., physics, biology).
