Brand Manager

As Brand Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and growing the Simplyhealth and Denplan brands, helping to bring our purpose of improving access to healthcare for all in the UK to life. Working as part of a high-performing Brand team, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering brand strategies and multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, consideration and trust, while supporting wider business objectives. This role extends far beyond advertising campaigns alone. You'll help shape how our brands are experienced both externally and internally, ensuring our brand positioning, values, messaging and identity are consistently understood and brought to life across the organisation. From internal brand engagement initiatives through to large-scale market campaigns, you'll play a key role in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence. You'll work closely with colleagues across marketing, product, sales and customer service to ensure our brand story is communicated consistently and effectively across every touchpoint. Rather than being responsible for creating design assets yourself, you'll act as the strategic lead, coordinating and influencing a network of stakeholders including designers, creative agencies, media agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality brand activity.
