Proactive professional, results-oriented and with a strong sense of ownership, capable of acting strategically and executively in the evolution of data-driven CRM. Main responsibilities - Design and build data solutions for CRM, structuring datasets, tables, rules and pipelines that support campaigns, journeys and customer relationship strategies; - Develop segmentations and customer intelligence at scale, transforming business rules and needs into automated, reusable and productive data solutions; - Evolve the CRM data architecture, contributing with modeling, integration, performance, quality, observability and governance of data; - Develop and put into production data products and services that can be reliably consumed by CRM and other teams in the company; - Build solutions using SQL, Python and Databricks, seeking automation, efficiency, scalability and reduction of manual processes; - Apply AI Engineering and GenAI concepts to develop automations, agents, tools and solutions that facilitate access to data, insights and knowledge; - Create mechanisms for democratizing data and knowledge, reducing dependence on manual analyses and enabling business areas to have greater autonomy; - Work with stakeholders to transform business problems into technical requirements, data solutions and measurable hypotheses; - Develop proofs of value, experiments and measurement mechanisms that allow assessing the impact of solutions and supporting data-based decisions; - Ensure good practices of documentation, versioning, testing, monitoring and maintenance of the solutions developed; - Take ownership of your deliverables, performing estimates, planning, scope and deadline negotiation, risk identification and progress reports for stakeholders. #### Qualifications **Expected knowledge and skills:** - Advanced SQL, including manipulation and transformation of large volumes of data; - Databricks, with experience in developing and operationalizing data solutions; - Python applied to engineering, automation, processing and data analysis; - Knowledge of data engineering, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, modeling, integration and data quality; - Knowledge of AI/GenAI Engineering, including building and integrating solutions based on LLMs, automations and agents; - Ability to develop solutions with production, scalability, reliability and reuse in mind, not just one-off analyses; - Good ability to connect technical decisions to business objectives and results; - Clear communication and ability to move between technical and business stakeholders; - Autonomy, organization, estimation skills and management of one's own deliverables. **Differentials** - Experience with CRM, Customer Analytics, segmentation and customer activation, experimentation/A-B testing, APIs, Git/CI/CD, Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, MLflow and development of AI solutions integrated into corporate environments.
